Or is your photo email stuck on Publishing photos...?
The more details you give of the problem you're facing, the greater the chances of your getting a sensible reply.
Well, here it is June 30 2015 and the same problem is at hand. I can't send photos as photo album. One drive is temporarily unavailable and has been a=for days at length. No fixes from above worked. Microsoft gives foolish non answers. Nothing changes but stays the same.
