How to remove $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information from Each partition

My windows 8.1 Pro (final release) infected with $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information virus/malware in each partition.I have tried with windows Defender and Microsoft safety scannerto remove but windows Defender and Microsoft safety scanner not detect them.If i try to delete,it again appears.

Advice me how to remove " $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information from each partition plea

Typically $RECYCLE.BIN is for recycle bin allocation form your hard disk partition. and System Volume Information bears the useful info regarding your volume.

These things are shown because hide protected system files tick is removed

Cant say it a virus effect or not..

If you feel like infected, much better to take the assistance of antivirus software

Download hitman pro 3.7**(shareware and can be activated for 30 days free)**and have a full system scan.. http://www.surfright.nl/en

And/or

use malwarebyte have a full system scan http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

After verifying , you can just make them invisible by doing this...

Any folder and its content can be made shown as a recycle bin using a desktop.ini

Normally within this desktop.ini u can see.

open a command prompt run as administrator

change the the folder attrattributesre desktop.ini is kept using

attrib +a +s +h +r "folder" \* /d /s

you will see a recyclear bin folder

Other than your own files folders, only folder that can be inside flash drive is the "System Volume Information" folder...http://blogs.msdn.com/b/oldnewthing/archive/2003/11/20/55764.aspx

There is nothing to help you with. If the flash drive is formatted to NTFS, Windows puts "System Volume Information" to good use. Leave this folder alone. If you really cannot take it, and nothing that you do requires that the flash drive be formatted to NTFS, and it is 32GB or fewer in size, you can back up the data on it and format it to FAT32.

I keep having this same problem since the Windows 8.1 update rolled out! Could someone please explain step by step how to prevent these files from being stored on my flash drives.

Most of the time these folders (System Volume Information, and $RECYCLE.BIN) are visible because hidden file settings are changed and make them visible.. (figure 1 in the first post reflects that changes)

Seeing "System Volume Information" folder within a flash drive is not odd.. It's due to aforementioned system change regarding hidden files ...

Are u seeing $RECYCLE.BIN within the flash drive itself? Normally there cannot be such folder within a flash drive since when u delete something it wont go to recycle bin and there are no more $RECYCLE.BIN folders in a flash drive..

Other than your own files folders, only folder that can be inside flash drive is the "System Volume Information" folder...

I am using Windows Vista. I am getting these folders in my flash drive as well. These folders were not there earlier but today I saw them. Its there in each drive as well as my flash drive. When i try to delete them, Recyclebin gets deleted but not system volume information. Please help....
