[W8.1 Update 1] "Windows Store failed to sync machine licenses. Result code 0x80070490"

After a clean install of windows 8.1.1 using the ISO from Technet I started getting the following error message in my event log the first time I start my machine in the morning:

Event 512 Store-Licensing  "Windows Store failed to sync machine licenses. Result code 0x80070490"

I use a Microsoft account and I have synced by Modern apps many times manually. Running the scheduled task manually will also produce the same error. I disabled the Scheduled Task that runs the sync and I'll see if it shows up tomorrow. Btw, the Store seems to be working fine.

I  read somewhere that the MS Store will be changed for 8.1.1 so I wonder if the 'new' store will stop these messages.

The Scheduled Task that kicks this off appears to be Microsoft/Windows/WS and is called WSRefreshBannedAppsListTask.

A question: if Task trigger is set to launch every day say at 06:00, but at that time your computer is NOT on, shall it be executed then on the moment when Windows gets up and running?

According to the task definition in Task Scheduler (the "Settings" tab) it is run as soon as the scheduled start is missed. I can confirm that as I hardly ever have my PC running at 6:00.

Hmmm... this is getting interesting, hope @MSFT is following on this...

Adjusted mine (for both of those), I'll keep on following and reporting here.

In case there is any strength in numbers, I have this same error.  I have never installed any apps from the Windows store.

Ok so I found a diffrent post that pointed to this WSRefreshBannedAppsListTaskand disable it*.* But what I think might be the problem is that the WSTask and Sync Licenses had no trigger. So I set the trigger to trigger at 06:00 every day on both. Ill report with my findings after one/two days.
