Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    Still have this issue on Win 10, despite being apparently fine on Win 8.

    Waiting for Redstone and the possibility of a workaround.

    I still think this is a matter of product recall.

    hi guys,

    here is my latest update:

    after upgrade to 10.0.10586.164 (this is the second upgrade when you install windows 10 and check update again),

    only Cortana works.

    phone call with speaker dead,

    voice recording dead,

    video has no audio channels at all,

    all other apps

    basically after 7 month, I have to return this phone to MS repair (since I am still under 1 year warranty), hopefully they can fix it without break other functions.

    some more info. to kind of WP dev. guys:

    just after a short tries, I want use  "Lumia Phone Test Application" to test which of the 4 mic is dead, however, no matter on windows 7 PC or windows 10 PC, the test suite cannot be run.

    same for debugging under VS2015, which reporting connectivity problem (I guess could be some USB driver etc. issue),

    anyway, given me an very negative impression MS fully test for backward compatibility for devices like 930.

    really a bit hesitated I shall buy a 950/XL in near future.

    I had the same issues... But sent my Lumia for repair to Microsoft. They repaired my Lumia 930 and now everything is working with W10 mobile!

    Hi, was your phone under warranty or did you pay? Hope I an not being cheeky, but if you paid for repair how much did it cost and how did you get phone to MS for repairs.   Cheers....

    very weird result,

    phone call with speaker now working - the other end can heard me.

    however, recording video have NO sound at all !!! - before I still have one channel working.

    shame MS, what is going on here?

    you re-assigned the mic for phone call with speaker?

    you disabled the other mic for video??

    I guess MS still have no response...

    I had the same issues... But sent my Lumia for repair to Microsoft. They repaired my Lumia 930 and now everything is working with W10 mobile!
