How did you uninstall IE11?
Did you have something else backed up to replace it, or does it do that automatically?
Thanks
Don

Hey all.
Long story short, I am writing this for my mother who current runs a dog boarding business as well as various other e-mail accounts, ranging from fan clubs to personal ones. She has a draft e-mail saved which contains information and links she would COPY and PASTE into e-mails prior to sending them. Essentially, these are signatures. No matter which signature she copies and pastes, each one has at least one weblink.
As of yesterday, when copying and pasting that information, the link does not copy with the text. Instead of pasting the text as a hyperlink, like she has been able to, it simply shows the text without any clickable option.
I have double checked the options, Read all messages in plain text is unticked, as well as the Mail Sending Format and News Sending Formation both being set to HTML.
Can anyone help please?
Thank you.

I have Windows 7 and had exactly the same problem as I lost all formatting when copying and pasting from one email to the other.
I have uninstalled IE 11 and all my problems have disappeared.
Thank you all. All fixed for me......
Did anyone find a answer to this problem?
I have the exact same thing happening. When I copy text with hyperlinks from one email in my drafts folder to a new email in any another email folder, I lose all my hyperlinks.
I have a business where I answer many emails daily and use this 'copy and paste' technique all the time.
I had trouble at login to Hotmail and they asked me to update my updates. (this is why I hate to update the updates, it causes problems). After I did that, my copy paste method fails to carry over any of the hyper links.
I can copy and paste it to a word application and they work just fine. So it's not the 'copy' part that is the problem, it's the 'pasting' that is not functioning.
since then I have uninstalled all the updates and it is still not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am about to go and purchase a new computer to over come this, I have to be 'in business'. I would, but I hate Windows 8.
Help! Please!
Thanks, Don
Just have to wait for a Microsoft fix.
I did have a faint hope that this month's Cumulative Security Update to IE11 (KB2898785) would reverse the change, but it didn't. Don't expect any improvement before 14 January 2014.
Thanks Firedog. Just have to wait for a Microsoft fix.
Problem is widespread - some of my SPAM is arriving with hyperlinks broken so the spammers don't realise their engines are wasting their time....
