Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

Scam Microsoft Support Team

Sorry for posting here, I don't know how to create new post.

My account have been hacked recently.I go to post a report on Microsoft Outlook side.

Unfortunately,it seem like have a scam Microsoft Support Team mailing me for helping  to solve the hacker problem.When I ask where they come from,they decline to tell me,so I doubt is scam support team.

The Microsoft Support Team e-mail address are:

first time mail me: ******@css.one.microsoft.com

last time mail me: ******@css.one.microsoft.com

Besides,I have report to Microsoft Outlook's website,but didn't get any reply.

 How to prevent receiving spam or junk emails?

I have sent mail to ******@outlook.com,but didn't get reply also.
