Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    Why am I getting emails about this topic!!!!

    When I click the dots by the original question it only says "Subscribe" , not "Unsubscribe".

    WHY AM I GETTING EMAILS FOR THIS WHEN I AM NOT SUBSCRIBED TO IT??
