Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    I had the same problem but I clicked on where it only showed the last 2 digits of my phone number, then added the last 4 digits and the confirmation text came through. Hope that helps some / all.
