Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    why do U always say i have an AOL account I do not have an AOL account so why do U keep on asking for a code for me to get the right account

    Just Call Microsoft directly - 866-474-4882  for MAC, but may also work for Windows
