Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    Hi Veronica,

    I understand that you are trying to verify your Microsoft Account and has requested for a verification code via your registered email address. But, you have never received a verification code from Microsoft and you have been waiting for it for the last 3 weeks. I would suggest you to refer to the section: “I am having problems receiving or using a security code” from this link:
