Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

My Microsoft Account Verification Code, is being send, to an cell phone, that is not my cell phone any more.

And I cannot actualize my information, without the Verification code.

What can I do?

Seems to send the verification code to all the alternate contact methods.  I don't know if it allows multiple cell phone number but Maybe you could add a 2nd email account.   Or call your old phone number and ask for the code with a small explanation :)

Sounds like you might want to login to your account   https://account.live.com  and look at the side menu .. Security & password.      There you should see the email address's that will be mailed the login code.   Make sure they are correct !   

There is also a Recovery Code that you should have written down somewhere.. If you don't have this.. might be a good idea to read about it while there.

I never get a code either. I like my email account just the way it is.
