Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge games not loading

The issue is confined to Microsoft Mahjong. All five games of Microsoft Solitaire work perfectly. There are no error messages, the tile in the load window just continues to spin. I made no changes or updates to my computer. But, before I start changing things in my computer, I think it would be beneficial to figure out why only one of the three games won't load, and why it does not occur every day. On Feb 1 & 2 all games worked perfectly. On Feb 3 & 4 one game (different ones) would not load. The other two worked perfectly. On Feb 5 all games worked perfectly, but on the 6th and 7th again one game wouldn't load. It makes me suspect that some of the games are either newer or older than other versions. But that still doesn't account for the fact that so far only a single game won't load. If it were just older or newer versions, you would think that on some days two games wouldn't play, or even all three. I did try updating the video card, but it said it was up to date.

Just like everyone else, certain individual games in the Daily Challenges do not load. The spinning tile gets stuck on the loading screen & nothing happens. It has been like this since February 2014.

I've tried the wsreset.exe fix & updated the Apps but they were useless. Waste of time!

I've previously updated to Windows 8.1 but it was a DISASTROUS operating system that broke my computer. Hence I'd reverted back to Windows 8 & REFUSED to upgrade.

Microsoft, I need a fix to this game loading hanging problem. I do not accept "update to Windows 8.1" as a solution because your new OS is garbage & sucked big time!

The same thing happened to me.  But I didn't have much luck with the remedies suggested.

Does the microsoft engineer not read English,there are many of us out there who do not want to update to 8.1,does this mean we have to just put up with this problem?

Come on microsoft are you too big to bother with your customers now?
