Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

    Hi Vivien,

         Do you have a chance to look into logs files I provided and any update for this?

         Can you see any applications disabled Windows Live ID?

         Since Windows show the message, it should writing to log some where in the logs files.

         Please let me know if I am wrong,

         Any temporary solution before you find something?

         Any one from Microsoft can confirm is it a virus or Windows issue?

    Thanks for the information and help,

    Because you set it to manual then you do not use Windows Live mail, so the service stay stop.

    Can you use Windows Live Mail?

    Once you use Windows Live mail then the service must start,

    If you use Windows Live Mail will the message come back?

    I have set the service to 'manual'. and although I do not regularly use 'Live Mail' [ I use MS Outlook 2013] I do access at times via One Drive without issue, also via this link https://bay175.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox and service stays in status 'manual start and no error message.

    Hi Souris

    I have two accounts on my machine, mainly me that uses it.

    I set the service "wlidsvc" to 'manual' start. Since then it has remained in a 'stopped' state ever since and I do not receive the error anymore. Here are screen captures of the TABS relating to the Services properties. TAB 1 is the only place where I changed the startup type. Settings on all other TABS are default.

    Thanks for the message,

    The error message does not show once and only once the first time I log in after reboot machine, after that if I log out and log back in then the message reappear.

    Yes, you are right, it will get error when user uses Windows Live Mail if the service is manual.

    I  agree that it is not a solution for me.
