    Hi  Brayl!

    Sorry, I can’t.

I have changed my Internet-connection. (modem to another modem) [USB-Stick]

All Apps-Download works with the new modem. Only Mircosoft-Apps don't work.

    Now I have Error-code 080072ee2

I must find an landline and I hope its work.

An other possibility is the „firewall“ or  „antivirus-software“. But this I try I later

    Wilfried

I am having the same problem. I tried to update to windows 8.1 and it wont even let me do that. I get the same error message for that as I do for the App Store. Funny thing is my PC and internet connection will let me update things like iTunes and my Kindle App. The same problem occurred when it tried to update my Maps App too. What is going on, and when are they going to fix it? Because this is really frustrating. My PC is brand freaking new and I can't do **** on it.

Hotspot Shield worked for me, thanks! I've been fighting this problem for days, now it's downloading. I tried everything: refresh, ran all updates and I even re-installed Win 8 clean. My only connection to the Internet is through my phone using PDAnet, so my ISP is TMobile off my Nexus 4.

Dear Microsoft...I still love Win 8 and I know the OS is great on tablets and portable devices, but you REALLY need to fix this problem since 8.1 is ONLY available through the "Store" and portable devices LOVE a hotspot or tether, ya know? How about putting it (Windows 8.1 update) in "Windows Update" like the good ol' days?
