Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

As this has been running for ages and Microsoft clearly are not listening, despite all the promises to the contrary, it is time to buy a Mac (already have an Android phone) and unsubscribe, then I will never have to put up with or hear about this feature ever again.

It's been a year, when will we see this fixed?  I would have thought with 8.1 this would have been a no-brainer, I guess I was wrong.
