I have the same problem I have an account and a password which I could access with but now I cannot get in. Please help. Please don't ask me to open new account for I am an old person who does not understand i.t. terms. This account was set up by a family member who lives overseas. I have no one to help me. For me to type a letter takes me 15 mins or so.
