How can I retrieve/reinstall programs from "Removed Apps" List?

I have lost almost all the information on our computer.  I need to reinstall the Apps removed while refreshing PC.  This computer is used as business and these apps need to be reinstalled.

I had to restore my laptop after the windows 10 load because of ongoing problems.  Today I see a list of removed apps three having to do with my Sophos virus protection.  My icon is not showing up and know I do not know if I have it on or not or how to reinstall it from that list of removed apps since it does show up there

How do I restore Apps that was removed while refreshing my computer?

I am stuck with this same issue as mentioned above. I don't mind reinstalling programs as most of the files have not been touched with the refresh.  I wish I new the list of programs that would be deleted before I refreshed my computer. Running windows 10 and as a result of using these community boards my store app went from not allowing me to purchase things to stop working completely.

As a result I needed to refresh y computer as this was the only way to get the computer to work again. (side note if you lose your store app you can not update any apps you got from the store and they stop working because of not being updated)

So my question is this, I have all these programs that came to me because of buying this laptop.  I can not find a way to reinstall them on the web.  I see I have bits of the programs in a windows.old file is there a way to use the remains of these programs in the windows.old file to reinstall them or grab the keys so I can use them. I was able to reinstall my cyberlink programs by the providers web site and the used the keys I found within the remains. Dragon assist and games that came in a intel starter pack I was not able to save all of them on my computer in their preloaded form.

Seriously I can't afford to buy all the programs I lost and considering that they were why I bought this system am feeling rather disappointed by the lack of consistency in the help I have received so far from Microsoft. Disclaimers need to be clearly placed letting people know the skill levels of the person offering help in these forums.  For I have lost somewhere around $600.00 in software as a result of thinking that the people answering these questions are well versed in Microsoft's windows OS.

People like myself and others posting in this thread depend on there computers for work, communications, and day to day needs. 

Its not stated clearly that this is all trial and error and we are part of the windows experiment.

Please please Please help me get back my software.....

If you refreshed your PC you may have to install each program again individually

Note: "Programs such as HP Support Assistant, and Cyber Link Power DVD, and Windows Media Player are disabled"

I don't know what "Program is disabled" expression means. Is it not there? Does it not open when you click on it? Does it give an error?
