How to fix "windows cannot find 'ms-windows-store:purge caches', make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again"

I got an error message saying "windows cannot find 'ms-windows-store:purge caches', make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again". I have no ideas what it mean. Please help.

Go to

Ctrl X

Bring up the Windows powershell admin

Type in the following

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

Go back to windows store and it should re-work!!

    I did this many times it didn't work. I have 2 accounts. One is Administrator and second one is Standard account. All my apps are working in Administrator account. When I am logging into standard account, no apps including windows store is not working. If I run wsreset, i am getting "

    windows cannot find 'ms-windows-store:purge caches', make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again"
