How do I fix "Error Loading Player: No playable sources found

I am using IE9 version  9.0.8112.16421

Update Version 9.0.12

  2. Which Media Player are you using?
  3. What is the format of the file that you are trying to play?

    whenever i open the ozee application to play a video

    it says 'ERORR LOADIING PLAYER,NO PLAYABLE SOURCES FOUND'

    I know it's three years later, but if anyone is looking for a cure please ensure that the latest Flash Player is installed (from the Adobe site!) and is running.

    It worked for me with online TV stations and the BBC webiste, and I hope it may help someone else. 

    If so, please post 'Installing Flash Player worked for me' here.
