nsi memory leaks fixed yet?

Same problem here too and it's driving me crazy.  FWIW, I'm using a cloud backup service (Crashplan) that requires an always-on applet and runs as a windows service.  Is this a common variable with anyone else or a red herring?

Anyone have more ideas? Apparently the disabling and re-enabling the network adapter gets less effective after the first time. Went from 60,000K to 240,536K in less than 12 hours. I'm considering doing a full re-install of Windows 7 even. Though doing a repair certainly didn't help any.

After one day and 9 hours NSI started its spinning out of control memory consumption.  Back to the drawing board...

I am trying the IE 10 removal and manual install of IE 11.  I'm not sure how to tell if all the previous updates are uninstalled without cross-referencing all the KB numbers.  I will report back to this thread with results.

Also to note, before uninstalling IE 10, I often went 5 - 7 days without NSI memory consumption spinning out of control.  Sometimes it happens within 24 hours.  Sometime longer.  It is very difficult to nail down what the cause is.

My computer has been on for 30 minutes and it has already gone from 8,500K to 11,100K. I don't think it worked for me. Should I have uninstalled the platform update and KB2786081 and let IE11 install them again? I can't think of any other updates I might have installed for IE.

I decided to get the rest of the updates for the week that I hadn't installed yet since I doubted it was going to make the issue worse. So far after an hour it is staying at 8,800K. I'll see how it goes over the next few days.

After 26 hours uptime my svchost.exe is at 14,260K.
