Keep this thread open please. I'm having the same issue with 50 computers. Killing the svchost process if it's over 500k works for a while. We've had IE11 installed for couple of years now I guess so I don't think it's specifically IE 11 related. We also run citrix and quite possibly the keep alives associated with the ICA protocol may have something to do with it? Just a thought.

The svchost process running the NSI service stays around 2-3MB.
