I have no doubt they either dont read them or dont care.
In general "Microsoft" does not monitor these "Microsoft Community Forums." By far the majority of responses come from people who are not related in any way to Microsoft but who volunteer their time and whatever expertise/experience they may have in order
to attempt to help others. That includes, specifically, Cmdr Keene and me; we are not "Microsoft."
Your solution of automatically forwarding mail from your Hotmail address to another server is a good one, but I don't know how long a Hotmail account can go without any log in before MS decides that it is abandoned.
I am not at all an expert with regard to Hotmail, but if your account is continually getting locked, I suspect that someone else is trying to log in to your account. After "too many" (whatever that is) failed attempts to log in, the account will be locked.
A Google search for "******@hotmail.com" suggests that at least 4 or 5 different people have used this email address over the years.
