Error code 2343 message when trying to repair/remove iCloud 2.1.1.3...

I am trying to remove iCloud 2.1.1.3 and I get an error message "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343." After I click "OK", it gives me the message "Fatal error during installation." How do I fix the error? What to do?

    Same here, Fixit is not available for Windows 10.

    I have this issue and when I go to the FIX IT page, it states this is not available for your system. Running Windows 10 and just recently upgraded to Office 2016
