I had this problem when I got my computer. I tried the above first, but that failed. Try clicking on the time in the lower right corner of your screen; a window should pop up and you should be able to set the correct time there.
Clock on windows 8 is wrong time, i tried setting to internet time but its still wrong, think theres a time clock bug, anyone have same problem for windows 8 and know how to fix it?

2013-06-29T08:22:37+00:00 Wadidiz,
My situation is exactly like yours. We have two machines that constantly get the wrong time in windows. One runs Win8 and the other Win7. Both machines are sometimes booted from a secondary drive into Ubuntu Linux.
Linux always shows the correct time but both windows machines normally boot up with a time two hours earlier than the correct time.
I have set both machines to get internet time and I have set the time zones correctly.
When I manually force the machine to synchronize to internet time it gets the correct time. It is difficult to remember to manually synch the computer so I often end up with files, Skype messages, etc, timestamped incorrectly.
This is a serious problem and could result in loss of work and missed appointments.
Someone please help.

2013-06-19T05:24:42+00:00 This is happening to me too. I always turn my computer off when I'm not going to be using it for a while, but when I turn it back on, the clock is always wrong. If I shut if off at 8:12pm, when I turn it on the next morning it will still say 8:12pm.
That's what's happening for me. I have a Samsung Series 3 NP350V5C-T01US. You?
