bsod need help 0x8e

I have a lenovo r61i laptop windows xp professional service pack 3 intel pentium dual cpu t2310 @ 1.46ghz x2. I had this problem before and somehow i fixed it i think i done a bios update this time it dosent work i just get blue screen with following stop code: 0x8e (0xc05, 0x80637f53, 0xa3fd299c,0x0) I have tried my memory modules by taking them out trying one at time and same problem i could get into safe mode with networking but now the networking will not work just safe mode i also tried selective startup and diagnostic startup still bsod used system restore it worked but then when i shut down laptop and went to use it again same thing again. can find loads info on code 8e but dont seem to help so i wrote the full code down as i dont know how to read these codes. i have no xp cd. sometimes i can get past bsod and get plain blue screen and get task manager up and i try new task explorer.exe but then bsod again

it is coming up when installing the teamviewer service could not be started. the installation will be continued

Kind of but teamviewer is better. At least you'll see what I'm doing

And I think you need Windows live for remote assistance, which I dont use
