Guys its not a problem with OS.
thats a problem that triggers with a very common program that game has named GAMEGUARD.try every other game without gameguard and u will never see that error.....
"application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"

recently every time i use a program that use my gpu( I have optimus technology so it switch when needed etc...) I get the error message " application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware", the internet does not seem to be very helpful about this problem, does anybody know what causes it/how i can fix it ????

2016-03-30T18:35:15+00:00 You probably changed a setting to tell the browser to "use software rendering" instead of hardware or GPU rendering. This is what I mentioned a while ago, and the only way I could stop getting those error messages.

2016-03-30T18:02:52+00:00 Well, i gave up. I got a Dell Tech and he did a bit of cleaning I missed and of course that didnt help. But we installed Chrome and downloaded Flash (yes, even though its imbedded). We did this and still nothing, but I went into settings and changed setting on Flash to "Use this every time" and I have to laugh, cus I am no longer having problems with my flash and am not getting the application has been blocked message any more. I never liked Chrome in the past, but I think it is better now and I like it. Well, now my games play correctly now, so even though this problem still exists on Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, I can use Chrome and changed a setting while on/in chrome and waalaa. LOL The bad news is, I cannot find the setting I changed. Sorry guys, as you can see my computer knowledge is limited, but can get somethings to work. LOL I hate this this machine and windows 8, 8.1 & 10. I could actually fix many problems back when we had a whole untouched program to access for fixes right on our device.

I've tried the ASUS Intel Drivers for Windows 10 that came with the motherboard, and every other possible driver from Intel's website... every possible graphics, TrDelay etc., and BIOS settings... and this happens all the time, even when no apps are open and I'm just running a search on the computer. Looks to me very much like a Windows 10 problem to me too, rather than a driver problem.
I'm having this problem, too.. on my Windows 10. frankly I shouldn't have to go through the extreme measures everyone is mentioning. I swear the only reason I'm on windows 10 is because I couldn't just downgrade from 8 to 7.

2016-03-20T14:17:13+00:00 Yea, I've posted this problem a couple times now without any fixes. There is no way that NVIDIA ASUS and Intel have the same exact problem with their drivers. This is most likely a problem with Windows, but there have been no results so far...
