Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

"(Name of .exe - Application Error)"

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772)  When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.

Please help me to fix this

    Where to download and what ' rkill.exe' is? And what to do with it? I tried looking on this thread but did not find any explanation regarding that ;/

    Also is there a temporary solution like before (deleting the problems causing update)? Because I really need my computer back to work, this laptop I am using is not suitable for my work....

    Okay I checked BCD and the load path is xOsload.exe. So I understand that I need to delete some files. But few things makes me worry:

    1. Why the fix says 'at your own risk'. Could something bad happen with doing that stuff in the instructions?
    2. I don't have Windows 7 key with me. My Windows were installed by computer technician a few years ago, so I never knew the key.
    3. How to 'Boot to Windows Repair - Command'?

    Found which update was causing the problem. It was KB2882822. I deleted it and hidden. It fixed the problem. I know that's only temporary solution, but I have no other choice, because of the no Windows 7 key problem.

    It appears it's a combination of more than one update that causes this error.

    Thanks for your original post SteveO - it set me on the right path to get this all sorted.

    AND @Auwris AND @makange

    All try downloading and running rkill.exe, it will check to see if your winload.exe has been altered.

    After reading these three pages, I love Apple more and more, Steve R.I.P.

    Yep - because when OS X does something like this you just re-install and hope most of your data stays intact.  ;-)

    P.S. - I own a macbook too - like OS X as much as Windows 7.  They all have their flaws.
