the application is unable to start correctly 0xc0000005 after windows update

Sorry my english :)

Hello, today, after windows 7 x64 update itself and reboot most of all my applications cant start and crash with error 0xc0000005. 

In "installed updates" I see a lot of Security update for Microsoft .Net Framework Client profile installed today, but I cant Uninstall them, click Uninstall, then I see "Setup.exe *32" in the task manager, then receive an error "An error occurred while trying to uninstall <update name>. It may have already been uninstalled" :(

Also I make a system restore, but without any result :(

Any ideas?

How can I manually remove this updates? Registry cleaning or something else?

You have hacked or infected files on your computer.

Check your BCD and do the below fix if necessary (at your own risk) 

In Windows open CMD as Administrator and type BCDEdit and enter,  if your Windows Boot Loader Path is xOsload.exe then you need to remove some files and repair your BCD.

NOTE:  you will need to re-activate Windows afterwards, so make sure you have your Windows 7 key handy.

Boot to Windows Repair - Command

Del D:\Windows\System32\xOsload.exe

Del D:\Windows\System32\xNtKrnl.exe

Del D:\Windows\System32\Drivers\oem-drv64.sys

attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s

ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old

bootrec /rebuildbcd

    Thank you for the infoprmation about the Installation disk - I'll get one.

    I've just phoned MS who have talked me through System Restore - didn't work, and now to a Scannow on System32 folder - that's happening now.

    What made me really angry was the MS operator telling me it was my fault - that I'd programs on my system that didn't match their updates!

    As I said (quietly) all was working well until MS sent the update that dot not work.

    Makes me say:

    Look at the Community forums MS - and then provide answers

    Don't expect a stupid man like me to understand gobbledegook

    Provide proper system support

    And don't argue with me or tell me that I have done something wrong.

    This is a Microsoft problem - and now, for a week without work, it is my problem as well - and I pay the cost - and I expect MS will be billing me for the cost of an hour-long telephone call.

    The roof is already up in the air - it will crash on somebody's head if this costs me much more time or money.

    Some lucky people have an installation disk - I don't. My machine came pre-loaded with Windows 7 - and it has still not been repaired by Microsoft - who made the mistake in the first place!

    Does nobody from Microsoft read these Forum messages?

    Fortunately Microsoft released the ISO files on DigitalRiver, so you are able to download and burn your own installation disk.

    If you read the link I gave you, it does quite clearly say:

    If you do not have a Windows 7 with SP1 installation DVD/USB, then you can download the latest official Windows 7 SP1 Media Refresh (SP1 U) ISO file here: Microsoft: Windows 7 Direct Download Links, and use Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool to create a bootable DVD or USB flash drive with the ISO to do the repair install from within Windows 7 using this step.

    Microsoft probably don't read these forums, but thankfully many people who are Microsoft Certified do.

    An update:

    I used my installation disk to do an upgrade repair.

    It worked! I no longer have the errors.
