I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    well how to get the recovery key my surface is waiting for me to answer to go on. If I try to restart the tablet without using the key it gets stuck on SURFACE word on screen fully lit and it doesn't restart.
