Windows Store Shows My Installed AND Uninstalled Apps in the Option [ YOUR APPS ].
I want to remove my Uninstalled Apps From this Option.

I understand that you want to remove uninstalled apps history in the "Your Apps" option from "Windows store". Correct me if I am wrong.
It is by design and it is not possible to remove the app history. It is used for your reference, the apps that you have uninstalled, so that you can install them in the future, if you require it.
I hope the above information helps you.
Perhaps the best option is ability to 'hide' the unused apps ..
This keeps them on file, but out of your main list....
My bet is that Microsoft keeps them on file so they don’t need to deal with the hassle of accidental deletions by users... On paid apps this could be a massive support annoyance ... And it would be a pain to separate paid vs unpaid.... Of course my bet is people would complain if they lost a list of free apps as well
Regardless.... Adding a Boolean var to their db to allow for sorting per user needs would solve everyone's problem...

I installed an app when I had win 8.1 then it would only update itself if I had win 10, but I had up dated to win 10 but it acted like it didn't know that. so I removed it.
but because it was in my history as I OWNED it, when it tried to reinstall it reinstalled the 8.1 version that would not run at all and would not upgrade! let me clear my history!!
@Sven Erik Matzen they already have this hide feature in XBOX Live...

Implementing a "remove from my list"-button will cost time (thinking about each and every scenario), developer resources (someone needs not only to implement the button, but also the API and the backend modifications), and a lot of other resources. The return of investment will not be measurable - nobody will switch from Apple to Microsoft because you now can remove an app from your list. Indirect and long term consequences are often hard to measure - it's easy to see how frustrated someone is when iTunes deletes his local files on purpose (see here), but you need time to test for the effect of not being able to clean up your purchase history. Also this problem only effects a minor group of users.
What currently is not understood by Microsoft is: they do have a diverse user basis and they need to deal with about 100 problems covering 1% of the user basis each. So when they ignore all the 1%-issues, they will make 100% of the customers angry. With a user basis like "all windows users", you need to fix ALL annoying issues - and in my opinion this is an issue that does not cost too much to fix.
So @Microsoft: simply implement two buttons: "hide this item" and "show hidden items" - that would fix the problem for me completely.
