Hi Idharam,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to remove uninstalled apps history in the "Your Apps" option  from "Windows store". Correct me if I am wrong.

It is by design and it is not possible to remove the app history. It is used for your reference, the apps that you have uninstalled, so that you can install them in the future, if you require it.

I hope the above information helps you.

Between this, App Store Error 80073cfb, and simply trying to keep my Windows Phone Calendar, Windows 10 Calendar, and Outlook 2016 Preview calendar in sync (which is a nightmare!), I've really come to the conclusion, that Microsoft does not have the best people working there anymore.

Maybe Microsoft rested to much on its laurels 15yrs-plus ago, and then Google and Apple swept in and recruited all the best and brightest engineers. But these clowns at Microsoft, they try so hard, I'm sure. But if Google and Apple can figure this stuff out, I don't see why Microsoft is so far behind!!
