i can't find my emails in my inbox, and all my folders is gone , i don't no why ??!!! how can i receive my emails ????? please heeeeeeeelp there is many emails important for me

    I looked at my d-mail  2 days ago.  now I can't receive them.

    can not get emails from outlook.com cant sign in this problem has been going on for two weeks i am over 70 and a little slow with computers perhaps i will need to go to another e mailer its my life line i live on my own and need to talk to people and family so please sot me out thank you.
