restore to 12/01/2017
Feel free to look to the backups you configured and maintained to do so using the associated restore methods (depending on the method you chose to make the backups.)
Backups of your data (and any restoration of said data) is between yourself and any system administrator you may have managing your system (could be/likely is the same individual in this case.)
In short: if you made and kept safe backups of the information in question, you can restore it; if you did not make and keep safe backups of the information in question, you have nothing to restore from.
SYSTEM RESTORE is not something that is built in to backup your data, thus "system" restore. :-)
