    If you have backups (which you configured and understand how to utilize) for that date or before, you can restore the computer to that date.

    If you are speaking of just the system files, not your stuff, and System Restore has points going back that far (dependent on settings, usage of the system, etc ) - you could use that to restore that much of the system.
