Use System Restore and/or backups.
If you have backups (which you configured and understand how to utilize) for that date or before, you can restore the computer to that date.
If you are speaking of just the system files, not your stuff, and System Restore has points going back that far (dependent on settings, usage of the system, etc ) - you could use that to restore that much of the system.
For the last 4 days I was able to Restore to 10/5 and no other date. With today's update I can no longer restore to 10/5 or 10/20, 10/19, 10/18. I thonk the last update broke the Restore function.
Not impossible, I suppose.
Create one manually, reboot, change something and then try to restore using the restore point you manually made.
Did it work?

See Shenan Stanley's reply and note the following: System Restore can
restore Windows to the state it was in a few days ago, but with regard
to everything else (your data files, pictures, installed programs,
etc.), it will not.
