How do I show folder size column in Windows 7 Explorer?

I have looked everywhere for adding the column to show folder size in Windows 7.  When a folder is deleted to the recycle bin, the folder size is shown in the "Size" column.  How do I mimic the recycle bin settings for all Windows Explorer viewing?

It's supposed to be a resource drag so it was removed,

There are some other third party utilities that are compatible with win-7 listed here,

If you use the Arrow key the popup description/ tool tip will appear automatically without the use of a mouse to hover.

Why in the world would they want to hide this information?  Not even having it as an option means they don't want you to see it.  Why???

Give me the friggin checkbox to enable this feature!

Thanks for the attempt but I know that.  Balloon tips are one of the most irritating facets of computing.  The answer is a program that shows the size of folders.  Folder Size did it wonderfully in XP but in Win7 its kind of in the way as it floats a whole window over Windows Explorer with the information.  You only need this info occasionally.  The answer is to ditch Windows Explorer entirely and find something that works better.  Its called a File Manager and there are plenty out there.  You can't expect Microsoft to do everything well.  An OS is enough.

This may help.  You can hover over individual folders and a box will pop up that will show you how big they are.  You can also open select all of the folders within a folder, right click, and hit properties.  It will show a summed up size of all of the folders.

I have not found a way to organize folders by size, but this at least helps.
