What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

got the same problem. have resolved the problem by changing my phone. cause windows phone is bull

Haha that's like: "Yeah my BMW 5 series had the same squeaking door problem as yours, I fixed it though, I bought a Mercedes."

    You didn't resolve jack.

A better answer in case of the above metaphor would have been: "I fixed it by putting olive oil on the lower hinge. In the meantime I've contacted BMW and they said they'll replace both hinges for me next week."

I got an app to install correctly, but haven't figured out what I did.

To your credit though: seeing as this issue has been around for so long, I'd expected that it would already have been permanently fixed. And that it hasn't, that indeed is bull.

Same problem here. But if you look at all this posts you will see a pattern there. This happened in May and August 2012, then in February 2013 and now today. There are always posts from a single day only for each occurrence.

I assume there is a problem on MS Store side and it will be resolved shortly.

On the other hand, shouldn't MS at least be brave enough to confirm and explain this? Or do they have enough momentum and market share to be ignorant like this?
