I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

Just an update the issue has been fixed and it's working fine with out me doing anything. So, I recommend everyone who's facing this c101b000 error to give it's 48hoirs time like the expert suggested.
