How to Remove Sendori Malware?

Hello,

Does anyone here know anything about Sendori?  According to some it is a tool used to correct spelling errors, according to others it is a form of anti-spyware, and according to others it is a homepage hijacker.  I believe what I have is the latter as it has changed my homepage and degraded my browser performance.  I have heard that it is undetectable by AVG and I just did a full scan using Windows Security essentials and didn't pick it up.  I tried uninstalling through Control Panels - -> Programs and Features but could not remove it.  I am hesitant to use more radical methods to remove it such as deleting executables and .dlls or doing a forced uninstall using Revo Uninstaller as I have heard sometimes if you ARE able to remove it it will change your DNS settings upon removal.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Options will vary by region, but phone support leads you to Microsoft Answer Desk (http://www.answerdesk.com/) in the US at this time. You might also try this web site - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com - contains details for many of the common infections, often immediately after they began to appear in the wild, and instructions are provided for how to remove the infections using their malware removal guides. They also have forums where you can seek help from people who specialize in malware removal.

     I was able to remove it simply by uninstalling through control panel then rebooting my computer. My DNS settings were reset to the default after removal but that was easy to correct, I then blocked the sendori.com site with the openDNS.com service that I use so this site will NEVER cause me another problem. I discovered this malicious site's takeover of my computer almost immediately since the first thing it did was change my DNS settings which caused my openDNS updater to inform me that the service was no longer active.

    Try Revo Uninstaller Pro:  http://www.revouninstaller.com/

    If the Sendori app doesn't show up or you can't uninstall it, try doing a Forced Uninstall.  Select all executables, .dlls are any other files you feel are malicious.

    So whats the solution here. Nukro did you figure it out. I have uninstalled and deleted everything Sendori .. 2 times in the last 2 wks so I thought. But, know I click on a link on the homepage headline that I was trying to link to my website (I'm designing for Smugmug photo shopping cart site for a client ), and it sends me to the evil Sendori page and wants me to click on a link to redirect me.

    So I did everything that is recommended up to here, but as I stated I had already uninstalled it just yesterday and no Sendori anywhere .. then I did a search on my C: drive and low and behold Sendori App. installed along with 8 or so more ugly files and folders, and the reason I say ugly is because when I looked in my App folder there is no 86x folder anymore and I know that it was there before .. now I found it, it is with Sendori but is hiding someplace, but not sure where. As I am a Windows illiterate a Mac expert for 15yrs using since MacDraw now I'm all PC so please help me I don't know what to do!!

    I kinda get the creeps when a virus App talks to me Sendoi dude but if you can please explain why all these Sendori files and folders are hiding on my computer and how to rid my C: drive of them
