How in the does anybody operate in this environment. I now have 20 windows open and can't figure out how to close a damn thing. I know the weather in Paris and couldn't give a. This SUCKS!!! This is an improvement? Can I get Windows XP or 7 back? This SUCKS!!! I can't get around. I can't close a window. I can't update any of these stupid tiles. This SUCKS!!! Any advice from anybody else out there? Frustrated beyond belief, John

OMG I wish I had read this before I bought a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. I get so frustrated with this OS that I could spit nails. Did you ever get used to it?????
Return it. If this is the first thing you have read about Windows 8 that you wish you would have read before you bought it - Windows 8 is not for you. Pretty straight forward.

No, it's like buying a car and then finding that someone has replaced all the controls with single sphere.
Don't forget to add the rest... In order to do that you had to have been blind, deaf, mute and unable to feel anything so that you might have been able to figure out what you were buying (via 1 minute of google search or 15 minutes in a store 'trying before buying') and captive underground (or some other manner of restrained) with no hope of escape so you could not return it afterwards.
Otherwise - how'd you not only end up purchasing the car with only a sphere as a control for everything and kept it once you realized it wasn't for you?
Btw - spherical controlled car... That does sound cool. ;-)

In contrast, windows 8 is frustrating to use. A lot of magazines have called it going backward. I think iOS X Mavericks will be a lot better than windows 8. It is more clean, user friendly, and not hard to use.
Okay. Use the OS that works best for you (as always.)
