Windows 8 is stuck in an automatic repair loop

My windows 8 get in a automatic repair loop and it couldn't repair it. And than it says log file d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt

What to do?

do a selective boot up with bios

get cmd to open and check

bootrec /fixMBR

bootrec /Fixboot

bootrec /rebuildBCD

and also

chkdsk /r c:

chkdsk /r d:

chkdsk /r e:

chkdsk /r f:

then let repair go thowe again and should be stoped

I would suggest you to login to any other computer and create a Windows 8 installation disk. Using that disk you can perform the troubleshooting methods given below.

    My question on this issue, is there a solution? I was able to download win 8.1 ISO from Microsoft website. I have tried all possible options from auto repair to system restore and command prompt. I tried to upgrade to Win 10 Tech Preview but could not. I really wish it were possible to upgrade with the Win 10 installation disk from startup and forget about the Win 8.1

    hi 

    I am using thoshiba satelliet L859 lap

    my problem is it was stucked in automatic repair loop.

    all the f1 to f12 keys are not working to go to boot menu OR bios menu.

    i am not getting any boot options 

    my last bootable drive is usb.

    I tried it alot but no one gives correct answers for same problem of others.

    so what is the solution from your side.

    give me a clear solution

    I have the same problem here. It happens when I tried to factory reset my laptop and after 7 % of progression it crashed, then this loop started. When it about to appear " your  Pc ran into a problem etc.."  it crashed and the loop goes on and on until it turn of autmatically.  So I decided to install a different OS via bootable USB it's just the same result. I'm using an ACER V5 451G running on Windows 8.  I saw a post also on selective boot up via CMD?  Could someone tell me how to go there please it might probably worked on DOS? thanks.
