Windows 8 is stuck in an automatic repair loop

My windows 8 get in a automatic repair loop and it couldn't repair it. And than it says log file d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt

What to do?

do a selective boot up with bios

get cmd to open and check

bootrec /fixMBR

bootrec /Fixboot

bootrec /rebuildBCD

and also

chkdsk /r c:

chkdsk /r d:

chkdsk /r e:

chkdsk /r f:

then let repair go thowe again and should be stoped

I would suggest you to login to any other computer and create a Windows 8 installation disk. Using that disk you can perform the troubleshooting methods given below.

    Did you try performing automatic repair using Windows 8 installation disk?

    If automatic repair fails, then you may use method 1 in the suggestions provided in previous post on June 9, 2014.

    I did try a repair from the Windows 8 installation media (the USB drive I used to install it in the first place) But this also claimed that it was not the correct media.

    You mean bcdedit? That didn't report any problems. Just a normal startup configuration.. The problem in my case is that the device partiion=C: probably is wrong.     You may not be able to perform refresh or reset on Windows 8.1 using Windows 8 disk.

    If above suggestions do not work, then you may contact Microsoft support

    When I try to Reset or Refresh Windows 8.1 from the recovery console it requests installation media. When I insert the Windows 8 installation media (USB or DVD) it responses that it cannot use this media.

    Your link (more specifically http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc) states that in order to get the right media I should contact support. From the support page I'm not sure how to obtain the right person to provide me with the Windows 8.1 installation media.
