Shut down issue, Task Host Window appears.

original title:  Shut down of Computer

When I shut the computer down a Task Host Window appears and I have to Force the Shutdown, how do I get rid of the Task Host Window?

If I press Cancel, nothing happens and I have to click on Yes to get the computer to Shut down.

    Clicking on Shut Down doesn't turn off computer. Message "Task Host window is stopping background tasks." What does this mean?
