Hi again,
I have tried switching Windows update off, restarting the computer and selecting Automatic Updates but still get the following error message:
Some updates were not installed
Failed 4 updates

I have looked into this error code for my version of Windows (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit)
and I think it may have to do with Windows Security Essentials.
I therefore downloaded the Windows Security Essentials program and scanned/updated my system. I then restarted the computer and tried the Windows update again and suprise suprise....I got the same error code again.....HELP!!
