Can't receive Email from friend

Just recently my friend's e-mail will not come thru and he doesn't get a kicked back message.And also finding others e-mails not coming thru and I have not done any changes.

    I am still having problems with not being able to receive email from certain people and sometimes it comes thru and sometimes it does not. I have problem snding group email between my msn and hotmail emails also NO one is getting any notice of email rejection,just where are these emails going. . Ya think you could fix this ,as it seems you can't.
