Everytime i connect my phone to my computer the Zune software starts up.
However, it comes up with an error message saying 'Can't connect your phone, disconnect it, restart it and retry it'
I have restarted my phone and retried it 5 times, i've restarted my laptop 5 times and it still won't connect!

I accidentally reset my phone, and I start to have problems with connection to my computer, which runs Windows 7 with Zune properly installed. My account has a password and has limited privileges (i.e. I'm not the Administrator.)
I think the problem arises when the phone is actually RESET to its original state.
I'm still waiting to solve this problem. Somebody please help !!!

2012-06-04T06:30:46+00:00 Try Installing Zune again while your phone is already plugged in the computer. My Nokia Lumia 900 connected to Zune as I finished installing Zune for the second time. It worked :)

Hey guys got on the a zune chat line and had to start a new profile on my computer as an adminstrater, then when I plugged the phone in, all is well. It was supposed to be a crupt file, that now I have to get on to windows, to fix that. Though just using the new profile for zune program. Just had to change setting in zune to access file from original profile.
