My Mom's Windows XP Computer is overall slow, freezing & locking up mostly all the time. I don't have the money right now to pay for Premium Support through Microsoft to get it fixed. Can anybody please help me get this issue resolved immediately! It's been like this for a while. I just want my mom's computer to run normally like any other computer would. Please! Let me know. I appreciate it. Thanks.

you need more RAM, or need to delete a lot of files and or programs.

Are you able to defrag your pc?

did you do a disk cleanup?

windows needs 15 percent of free space to perform its functions.

yes, that is the right one.

go to start, right click on my Computer, choose manage, choose Device Manager in the next window, in the right hand pane of device manager are listed all the hardware, if you select the plus sign it will expand to individual parts, double click on this and a properties window will open.

look for any yellow signs which will show which have a problem.

as for streaming, it might be you need to update a driver, do the following and post in your next reply:

Click Start > Run > type or paste msinfo32 > OK. Copy and paste the contents in your reply.

I downloaded and installed Root Certificate. Is that it? I did that. I went on twitch.tv to watch somebody play NHL 13 when they were streaming and the streaming is still the same way. Did I download and install the right one or no? Let me know what I should do. I appreciate it. Thanks.
