Hi,

  1. What is the complete server error message you get when you trying to play online bingo?
  2. Are you facing the issue only when you try to play online bingo?
  3. Which browser are you using to play online bingo?
  4. Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
  5. Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

If you are using Internet explorer to play online bingo then you may refer the following methods.

Method 2:

You may follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

You may try to boot the computer in Safe mode with networking.

Start your computer in safe mode

    I stils can not get onto play Microsoft BINGO

    Please    Please   Please  fix this problem

    What is the problem

    I am not the only person trying to play this game and can not get on to play.

    I have shut down the computer.

    I have rebooted the computer.

    What else do you want me to do?????
