How do I transfer, or copy, contacts from the phone to the SIM card?

In Windows Phone7 There is no option for transfer contacts to SIM Card.

Its only possible in privious version of windows phone like 6.5 & lower version.

Hi,

After signing in on the phone, you will be able to sync contacts to and from Windows Live. Any time you add a contact to your phone, you can store it on Windows Live. Plus, any contacts imported from a SIM card are backed up too. You can manage contacts on Windows Live contacts from their PC at contacts.live.com.

Are your contacts not at contacts.live.com where you can sync them with any 'phone that lets you set up a Hotmail account? (Certainly any Android 'phone or iPhone - or, worst case, any 'phone with a browser should let you view them.)

    I really don't understand that. I have a number of phones. To put my contacts onto any phone from my iphone or Blackberry was just a 1 minute job over Bluetooth. I put everything onto this 930 Windows phone easily from my office mobile. I want to put them all back onto my new works mobile it's impossible.

    It is not necessary to copy your contacts to a SIM card.  If your contacts are being synced from your windows phone to your Microsoft Account, you can set up the same Microsoft Account to sync to an Android phone either via the Android outlook app or by just setting up the Microsoft account as an Exchange account on an Android phone (this is what I have done on the Android tablet & phone that I have).

    Oh for ***** sake please stop repeating this nonsense. It's not helping but insulting the windows phone users. They of course already know about the syncing

    What nonsense are you talking about? Many windows phone users are aware that their phones can sync this data to outlook.com but I was responding to the person's comment about getting their contacts to their new Android phone. From my own experience when helping out friends and family members, many Android users are NOT aware that they can also sync their Android phone to the same Outlook,com account.
