Mike, could you please tell me what should read in the white clickable text.
I've typed here all the text I can see. After clicking Set Up Wireless Sync I see the following:
Windows Phone (graphic in white letters, non clickable)
CONFIRM NETWORK (Big letters, not clickable)
Your phone is connected to: (white text, non clickable)
XXXX (SSID) (blue text, boldface, non clickable)
Button: REFRESH (dark gray letters over light grey, clickable, it refreshes my ssid, but does not do any more)
This will be the default network for wireless sync between this computer and this phone. (white text, non clickable)
To use a different network, connect to a different network using the phone and click Refresh above (white text, non clickable)
Button: NEXT (dark gray letters over light grey, clickable, it takes me to the mentioned error, repeated ahead)
Button: CANCEL (dark gray letters over light grey, clickable, it cancels)
Upon clicking NEXT i get to a new screen that says:
Windows Phone (graphic in white letters, non clickable)
CAN'T DETECT YOUR PHONE (Big letters, not clickable)
An error has occurred (white text, non clickable)
Zune was unable to connect to the wireless network access point. (white text, non clickable)
To see if there's more information about this error, click (white text, non clickable)
Web Help. (red text, clickable, opens a web browser with a page that mentions the Advanced options button which does not exist)
